Aurora, living with Dravet syndrome
Taking FINTEPLA since 2019

ONWARD offers comprehensive support for patients prescribed FINTEPLA
Families sometimes have questions about starting or continuing treatment.
FINTEPLA Clinical Nurse Educators (CNEs) are available to provide general information about FINTEPLA and the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) when requested.†
If you’d like to speak with a CNE, you can call 1-833-463-7547 (1-833-GO-DS-LGS), Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Central Time.
†CNEs cannot provide medical advice or make treatment recommendations. They can only provide information about FINTEPLA. Decisions regarding your loved one’s health and the treatment of their condition should be made with their healthcare provider.
More ways to connect, anytime and anywhere
You can also talk to our 24/7 virtual assistant, Faye, when you have questions about FINTEPLA. Faye has been trained by FINTEPLA experts to help save you valuable time by answering questions you may have.

Care Coordinators are nurses trained in Dravet syndrome, LGS, and treatment with FINTEPLA. Once enrolled in ONWARD, every family is given a dedicated Care Coordinator who will reach out and help you and your loved one start and stay on treatment.‡ Your Care Coordinator will:
- Review insurance coverage and approval status
- Explain what to expect, give treatment reminders, and help find echocardiogram locations near you
- Connect you with the ONWARD pharmacy partner, AnovoRx, for refills and extra syringes
- Support you and your loved one during your healthcare provider's prescribed treatment plan
Once enrolled, you can call your Care Coordinator 7 AM–7 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, at 1-888-964-3649.
‡FINTEPLA Care Coordinators cannot provide medical advice or make treatment recommendations. They can only provide information about FINTEPLA. Decisions regarding your loved one's health and the treatment of their condition should be made with their healthcare provider.
